HOPE and JOY Long Beach is the youth ministry for children in grades K–5 at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Long Beach. This ministry helps young children grow in faith, build friendships, and experience the joy of being part of a loving church community.
A Welcoming Place for Children to Belong
The HOPE and JOY Long Beach program is designed to create a welcoming, engaging, and faith-filled environment where children feel connected to the Church.
Through fellowship events, seasonal activities, and shared experiences, children begin to understand that church is more than a Sunday service — it is a community where they belong.
